• Integrated LLM APIs to build AI-powered features for the Sekel Tech website, enabling automated responses to common queries related to lead generation and Sekel Tech products.

• Developed an AI-powered chat interface to provide real-time, context-aware responses and improve user engagement on the website.

• Implemented a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solution using Sekel Tech's internal knowledge-base documents ("Sekel Bible") to provide accurate, context-aware responses for user queries.

• Built a new SaaS product called Hyperlocal dashboard from the ground up, contributing to requirement gathering, product design workflow and end-to-end development.

• Implemented Internationalization (i18n) to enable full multilingual support across the web application.

• Developed complete user onboarding and payment workflows, including support for both domestic and international transactions using razorpay and paypal.

• Led a team of 3 frontend developers, driving the implementation of critical modules like user management, review management etc ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

• Designed and developed a comprehensive Order-to-Cash (O2C) platform from the ground up, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions through close collaboration with the client (manufacturer).
